• Development history:
On June 12, 2020, Wuling announced that the Chinese name for its first global silver badge new car, Victory, was Kaijie, which means "victory song" and "victory".
On September 7, 2020, Wuling Kaijie made its first public appearance.
On November 1, 2020, Wuling Kaijie was officially launched with four models, namely 1.5T 6MT Manual Elite, 1.5T CVT Automatic Elite, 1.5T CVT Automatic Prestige, and 1.5T CVT Automatic Flagship, with a price range of 85800 to 116800 yuan.
On February 22, 2022, the Kaijie 280T model was launched with a starting price of 115800 yuan. The biggest change compared to previous Kaijie models is its stronger power.
In September 2022, Wuling Kaijie underwent a minor facelift, adjusting some configurations and keeping the price unchanged at 85800 to 125800 yuan. The entire series also added a 12V power supply and a dash cam interface, and high-end models also added an ETC interface.
On November 8, 2022, the Kaijie Hybrid Platinum Edition was released.
On January 3, 2023, the Kejie Hybrid Platinum Edition began pre-sales. It was officially launched on February 27th of the same year, with a price range of 129800 to 149800 yuan.
In November 2023, Wuling Kaijie will launch two new configuration models, namely the 280T CVT Superb and Excellence models, with prices of 109800 yuan and 119800 yuan respectively.
In September 2023, the Wuling Kaijie underwent a minor facelift, adding a 12V power supply and a dash cam interface to the entire series, and adding an ETC interface to the high-end models.
• Appearance design: Adopting the design language of "wing dynamic aesthetics", the Falcon wing array grille is matched with the global silver logo, the split type headlights are unique, the double waistline on the side of the body is smooth and has a suspended roof design, and the tail shape is neat. The 2023 hybrid platinum version basically continues the overall design of the previous model, and adds the "Fei Leng Cui Zi" car color. The outline of the intake grille is closer to an inverted trapezoid, and the chrome dot matrix presents a V-shaped style. The front of the car continues to use split LED headlights.
